Arada Completes Residential Milestone at Aljada Megaproject

Arada announces the completion of the first eight residential buildings in Naseej District, a pivotal component of the Dh35 billion Aljada megaproject in Sharjah. 

Within this vibrant district, residents are surrounded by various cultural, artistic, and retail destinations, including the iconic Il Teatro designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando.

Features and Amenities:

The Tiraz buildings comprise 920 homes, offering studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. 

With smart home features, residents can enjoy various amenities, including access to a health club, swimming pools, children’s play areas, and family barbecue spaces. 

The buildings overlook lush courtyards and are seamlessly connected to the Naseej District through a beautifully landscaped urban park.

Milestone Achievement:

With the completion of the Tiraz 1-8 buildings, the total number of units completed at Aljada surpasses 7,500. 

Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Arada’s Group CEO, expresses delight in welcoming the first families to Naseej District, highlighting the project’s commitment to delivering exceptional communities and amenities.

Construction progresses on other residential blocks within Naseej District, including the Sokoon and Il Teatro Residences buildings, set for completion by the end of 2024. Additionally, the Vida Aljada hotel complex is slated for completion in the first half of 2025, further enriching the Aljada experience.
