Emaar Properties has pledged to repair all properties within its Dubai communities that were damaged during this week’s heavy rains, at no cost to the residents. 

Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties, affirmed the company’s commitment to swiftly address the challenges posed by the adverse weather.

This initiative aims to provide relief to thousands of residents in Emaar’s communities who were significantly affected by the unprecedented rains.

Since the onset of severe rains on Tuesday, Emaar’s facility management and community management teams have been working tirelessly to assist customers day and night. 

Alabbar highlighted their ongoing efforts in resolving challenges such as water-clogging issues, reaffirming Emaar’s commitment to providing comprehensive support to its customers.
