Renowned chefs Dani García and Grégoire Berger are teaming up for a unique culinary event titled “Where Fire Meets Water” at Smoked Room in Dubai. This exclusive dinner will explore the fusion of contrasting elements in gastronomy, promising an unforgettable dining experience.

The four-hands dinner will occur on Sunday, May 27, and Monday, May 28, at Smoked Room, located within Dani García’s acclaimed steakhouse, Leña at St Regis Gardens in Dubai.

Theme and Concept: 

Under the theme ‘Where fire meets water,’ chefs García and Berger will showcase their culinary expertise by combining fire-infused techniques with innovative seafood creations. The menu will challenge traditional culinary boundaries, offering a unique and intense flavor experience.

The multi-course menu is priced at Dhs1,200 per person, with optional wine pairing starting from Dhs1,300 per person. Non-alcoholic pairing options are also available, priced from Dhs590 per person.
