Dubai Developers Extend Support to Communities Affected by Heavy Rains

Following the recent torrential rains, Dubai developers have assisted their communities, offering free repairs to affected residents. 

MAG Lifestyle Development:

MAG has pledged to cover all repair costs for affected residents across its residential developments, including MAG 214, MAG 218, Emirates Financial Towers, MAG Hotel Apartments, MAG 5 Residences, and others.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG Lifestyle Development, emphasized the company’s commitment to standing by its customers during challenging times and praised residents’ resilience and government support.

Emaar Properties:

Emaar announced that it would repair all properties within its communities damaged by the heavy rains at no cost to residents. Mohamed Alabbar, chairman of Emaar Properties, underscored the company’s dedication to ensuring residents can swiftly resume their daily lives.

Damac Properties:

Damac assured residents that all properties are fully insured and pledged to assess the extent of damage to provide necessary support.

No serious structural damages were reported, thanks to proactive measures such as regular maintenance of power, fire safety, and alarm systems.

Mohammed Tahaineh, general manager of projects at Damac, thanked the community for their patience and acknowledged the collaborative efforts with local authorities to restore normalcy.

Community Support Efforts:

Damac mobilized nearly 1,000 employees to join relief efforts, with support from Dubai Police, Dubai Municipality, RTA, Dubai Rescue Center, Dewa, Civil Defence, and other government authorities.

Close coordination ensured swift restoration efforts, minimizing disruptions for residents.
